%X 摘要 都市记者是城市运转的重要机体，也是城市市民阶层的有机成员。从社会阶层作为出发点来研究都市记者群体，这是一种非主流的研究路径，突破了结构主义和功能主义的传统学术脉络，关注作为普通市民的记者在日常生活中所呈现出的阶层关系，这本身是媒介人类学的实践。记者的阶层关系中，身份变迁复杂，有“名人”“专业人士”“交际花”等因素，权力特征分为职业特权和非职业特权两个方面。作为一种 共同体，都市记者虽然“一致对外”，但也由复杂的“小板块”组成。都市记者在日 常生活中通过“话语”“角色扮演”“同城共情”来呈现阶层特征，在此基础之上， 他们对媒体机构的管理者和其他职业群体具有某种意义上的抵抗情绪和抗争行为。<br>Urban journalists are important organism that will contribute to city operation and also are organic members of the urban civil class. From social stratifcation as a starting point to study urban journalists group, it is a kind of non-mainstream research method, broking through the traditional academic context of functionalism and structuralism, focusing on the everyday life of ordinary citizen journalists and the stratifcation relations attached on it. This research is a kind of medium anthropology practice. In the stratifcation relationship of journalists, the identity change is complex along with the factors of celebrities, professionals and socialite. The power characteristics are divided into two aspects: occupational privilege and non-occupational privilege. As a community, urban journalists, though uniformly external warfare, are also composed of complex small sections. In everyday life, city journalists present the stratification feature through discourse, role playing and empathy. On this basis, they have some senses of resistance against the managers of media institutions and other professional groups in the same city
