%X 摘要 榜样形象对新闻从业者具有重要的影响，这种形象往往是历史上成功的先驱人物及 组织，这些无法被直接感知的形塑一般是通过人际传播与大众传播两种渠道完成，并内 化为受者行动的指南。同时，这种形塑还会受到社会政治环境的影响，本文通过对1949 年以来台湾地区新记《大公报》与张季鸾形象流变的梳理，力图揭示两者之间的互动关 系：当政府对社会有较强的控制力时，这种形塑会严格遵循政府设定的轨道；当这种控 制力削弱时，这种形塑就会偏离政府的轨道，更贴近被形塑者对这一职业的想象，进而 消解政府塑造的形象，甚至将整个群体的认识导向传统体系的对立面；而无论政府的形 塑还是民间的偏离，都是对历史记忆某个侧面的片面强调，只有建立在真实而全面的历 史事实上的记忆，才是真正应当努力的方向。<br>Model image, often the image of pioneers and organizations that have been historically successful, has important effects on journalists. Though can not be directly perceived, they are usually shaped through interpersonal communication and mass media and resorted to recipients’ collective memory which becomes inherited guide to their actions, Social and political conditions also play a part in that process. Through sorting out the changing images of Ta Kung Pao and Zhang Ji-luan in Taiwan since 1949, this paper reveals the interaction between them. When government has strong control on society, model image construction strictly follows official manner.; when such control is weakened, model image will deviate from government's expectation and is more likely to concede to model’s imagination of the profession. Furthermore, it will deconstruct its offcial counterpart and even direct collective memory to the opposite side against conventional pattern. Images deriving from both conditions are one-sided emphasis on historical memory. It is images based on reliable and comprehensive historical facts that people should strive to pursue
