%T 复杂性视域下平台媒体的生态化治理<br>Eco-Governance of Platisher from the Perspective of Complexity Theory

%X 未来媒体的进化取向是衍化为复杂生态,而平台媒体生态系统则是承载媒介复杂性进化历程的稳态秩序结构,从复杂生态视角出发对平台媒体生态化治理的关注将成为未来媒体治理新路径。基于平台媒体生态系统的架构和治理互锁性原则,必须因循复杂系统的理论视域以形塑出具有适应性效率的生态化治理结构并随之生发出分散而协同的生态化治理机制。在这一过程中,必须完成两个逻辑转向:其一,政府的管理角色弱化而协调功能凸显; 其二,技术成为牵动着整个传媒生态系统发展的关键参与者。以此为继,平台媒体生态系统将持续涌现出正反馈收益和获得性免疫双方面的生态化治理价值创生。<br>The future media evolution is to be a complexity ecosystem, the platisher ecosystem is a stable order structure that operated the evolution of media complexity, the new path of future media governance from the perspective of complexity theory is the eco-governance of platisher. It should be with an adaptive efficiency architecture and a corresponding eco-governance mechanism. In order to achieve the objectives, two logical turns should be carried out: one is the government’s management role should be weakened while its coordination function should be highlighted, another one is that technology should be considered as a key participant which can improve the development of the media ecosystem. On this account, both positive feedback and acquired immunity of the eco-governance value will emerge
