%X 由于中国各地经济发展不平衡,医疗卫生服务城乡差异明显,医疗资源如人员和床位在东中西部地区也存在差异。医疗条件的区域差异势必会影响个人利用医疗卫生服务的可及性和便利性,进而对个体健康水平产生影响。本文运用中国各省份城乡的医疗资源数据和微观数据,首次将区域医疗条件变量和健康冲击变量加入到个人健康影响因素函数中,探究了医疗条件对个体健康水平的影响以及影响的地区差异。结果表明,各地区分城乡的医疗条件对个体健康水平的影响具有差异性,中国医疗卫生领域供给侧改革的重点应着力解决整体医疗服务的结构性供给短缺问题,实现东中西部地区和城乡之间就医条件的均等化,各地区城乡需要根据自身状况相应微调医疗卫生服务资源配置的内部结构。<br>Due to the unbalanced regional economic development in China, the medical care in urban areas is distinct with that in rural areas. There is also different medical resources allocation in coastal, central and western areas. The regional differences of medical condition have important effects on individual medical care accessibility and convenience which further affects individual health. Using the data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study, this study investigated the effect of the differences in regional medical resources allocation on individual health. The results are that different regional medical condition has different effects on individual health. To Chinese medical supply reform, one key point is to solve the structural supply shortage of medical service to reach the optimal regional medical condition. And different regions should adjust its own inner structure of medical resources allocation to improve individual health
