When people use relationship to seek jobs, their understanding and identification on relationships are not consistent, but present multidimensional outputs because of the organizational context. Due to construction characteristic of the institution-crossing social capital, the relationship identification performance shows significant differences between those with or without institution-crossing social capital. Using “Job Search Network” data in 2014, this paper makes a comparation between SOEs and NSOEs as the organization situation influencing relationship indentity, in order to observe the differences on those with institution-crossing capital in terms of relationship indentity, and the impact and change when they are in the SOEs organization situation. Research shows that: (1) when cognitive concept relations as a whole, the system shows a more positive relationship between social capital owner’s identification results; (2) when the relationship identity is further decomposed into different dimensions, the relationship between recognition results are not consistent, but significant differences are showed in different identity dimensions; (3) the remarkable results of differences in multidimensional relationship identity are affected by organizational context in SOEs %K 体制 %K 社会资本 %K 社会关系 %K 关系认同 %K 求职 %K 国企 %K 组织情境
