%X 中医“治未病”与现代预防医学是中西两种医学模式的产物，也是两种文化背景的缩影，本质上及 表现形式上均存在诸多区别。本文从二者产生的思想根源、认识路线、偏重角度、健康内涵、时空眼界及包容弹 性几个方面，对二者进行了对比分析。<br>The preventive treatment of disease in traditional Chinese medicine and modern preventive medicine are not only the different products of Chinese and western medical models, but also the epitome of the two cultural backgrounds, so there are many differences in their essence and form. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the two objects from the following aspects: the ideological origin, the cognitive route, the emphasis angle, the connotation of health, the horizon of time and space, and the flexibility of the inclusion
