The genome was 16,685£¿bp in length, comprising 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes, and a putative control region. The phylogenetic analysis based on the complete mitochondrial genome sequences revealed a close relationship between A. chukar potanini and Tetraogallus tibetanus. This work is expected to provide a set of fundamental data on further genetic studies of this protected species %U https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/23802359.2019.1637792
