%X Analysis of genomic data from patient tumors provides valuable information as to potential T-cell targets such as neoepitopes. We developed an approach to characterize, isolate and utilize neoantigens-specific T cells using MHC/peptide tetramers from fresh tumor digests and peripheral blood. This bears important implications for the implementation of T cell-based immunotherapy
