Twenty-four patients showing resistance to clopidogrel using a P2Y12 reaction unit (PRU) test, were treated with a 20 mg loading dose of prasugrel followed by a 5 mg maintenance dose. No thromboembolic event or hemorrhagic complication was noted during the mean follow-up period of 1.5 months. Herein, we report the results of our observational cases during a more than 6-month follow-up regarding the use of prasugrel for a short-term period of administration %U https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6433187/
