%X The incidence of subdural hematoma is approximately 13.1/100.000 per year. Subdural hematoma due to skull and dura mater metastases is rare. In this study, a 71-year-old patient with prostate adenocarcinoma who presented with chronic subdural hematoma due to skull bone and dura mater metastasis is presented
