This rationale highlights the importance of the systematic review entitled ˇ°Non-Cholesterol Sterol Concentrations as Biomarkers for Cholesterol Absorption and Synthesis in Different Metabolic Disorders: A Systematic Reviewˇ± by Mashnafi et al. published in a recent edition of Nutrients [1].
