M.smegmatis vector control (Ms_VC), Ms_PpiA and Ms_PpiB were grown in static culture and induced with anhydrotetracycline for expressing M.tb PPIases. a Pellicle formed in Ms_VC, Ms_PpiA and Ms_PpiB cultures from a representative experiment.
