%X Bacteriophage therapy (BT) is a re-emerging strategy to treat antibiotic-resistant infections. Here, we describe our initial experience with intravenous (IV) and inhaled BT to treat life-threatening Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections not responding to antibiotic therapy.
