Most RTS testing protocols use Limb Symmetry Indices (LSI) on physical performance tests (PPTs). This assumes that both lower extremities should be equal. We hypothesized that in the pediatric population, baseline limb asymmetry exists, limiting the clinical utility of LSIs.
