%X Septic arthritis of the wrist is rare entity, especially; atypical mycobacterial infection of the wrist is extremely rare. We report a case of septic arthritis of the wrist caused by Mycobacterium intracellulare, which was successfully treated by radical debridement followed by wrist arthrodesis using vascularised fibular grafting
