%X Over the past decade, our understanding of coronary atherosclerosis has evolved from a paradigm dominated by coronary stenosis towards a deeper, more nuanced appreciation of coronary anatomy and physiology. Following the observation that most myocardial infarctions are caused by lesions deemed non-obstructive, there has been continued fervent search for imaging markers of plaque likely to cause adverse events
