Whole blood from healthy control (Healthy), oesophagitis, Barrett*s and OAC and oesophageal biopsies from normal tissue adjacent to Barrett Oesophagus tissue (Normal), oesophagitis, Barrett*s and OAC patients were immunophenotyped by flow cytometry by staining for CD3, CD4, CD8, CXCR3, CCR5, CCR4, CCR3 and CCR6. Scatter plots showing percentage frequencies of CD4+ or CD8+ T cells expressing CCR3, CCR4, CCR5, CCR6 and CXCR3 in healthy control (Healthy), oesophagitis, Barrett*s and OAC patient blood (Blood) and normal tissue adjacent to Barrett Oesophagus tissue (Normal), oesophagitis, Barrett*s and OAC patient tissue (Tissue).
