%X We report the case of a 4-year-old female infant who developed ongoing deep dermal necrosis of the bilateral legs after jellyfish contact in Thailand. Stepwise radical debridement and vacuum assisted wound therapy seemed to be an effective strategy to prevent progressive soft tissue loss
