The abnormal function of Tregs is relevant to the pathogenesis of several skin diseases like psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, and skin cancer and is also important in rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and other autoimmune diseases.
