%X Often, the media and politicians debate over the changes and damages to the environment due to human activity. Global warming, pollution, destruction of the rain forests, and extinction of species, to name just a few. For centuries, we have used the environment much more than we have taken care of and respected it. However, the environment can also play a significant role in the death of humans. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network integrate data about the environment and its hazards.
