%X There is a political, social, or artistic movement when groups of people work together to advance ideas. Great movements like the labor movement, the civil rights movement, or the women¡¯s suffrage movement were effective in moving people to action, changing our cultural beliefs, and advancing the well-being of the human condition. The American Public Health Association (APHA) is working to create a movement to improve our health¡ªa movement that recognizes that health is a fundamental human right with a core belief that we can live in and be a part of the healthiest nation. We call the people involved in the movement to get us there ¡°Generation Public Health.
