%0 Journal Article %T Max Bleher and Konstantin Konstantinov ¨C Two Pieces of Intransigence in the Romanian and Bulgarian Literatures between the Two World Wars %J The Balkans %D 2015 %X Max Blecher and Konstantin Konstantinov are two of the most queer and exceptional belletrists of the in-between wars period and they emerged on the Romanian and Bulgarian literary scene almost at the same time. This congruence has motivated us to a comparative reading of the two authors. Their main works were published between 1936¨C1940 and they were not read and valued as they would have deserved.
