%X The need for better aesthetic results in treatments involving osseointegrated implants led to the search for plans that allowed the use of better parameters with greater predictability of peri-implant esthetics. The previous planning, analysis of aesthetic factors, diagnostic waxing, surgical guide and tissue aspects are important steps for the best final result. Such situation not only the difficulty of installing the implant, but also the possibility of the clinician to obtain dental and gingival esthetics.
