%0 Journal Article %T 间歇性练习对TRIMP计算与运动负荷评价的影响 %A 杨三军 %J 首都体育学院学报 %D 2016 %R 10.14036/j.cnki.cn11-4513.2016.02.012 %X 摘要: This paper analyzes and compares the effects of different training methods on TRIMP calculation and evaluation by changes in physical function after intermittent exercise and persistent exercise.Experimental Design:Twelve subjects,having a certain running distance and speed,randomly complete the 4×4 minute running exercise of persistent or intermittent exercise on the treadmill by 25%,50%,75% and 100% of maximum oxygen uptake rate.Results:Blood lactate concentration of the intermittent exercise is significantly higher than that of the persistent exercise by 75%,100% of the maximum oxygen uptake rate; the oxygen consumption of intermittent exercise is significantly higher than that of the persistent exercise by 25% of maximum oxygen uptake rate; the HRr of intermittent exercise is significantly higher than that of the persistent exercise by 25%,75% and 100% of maximum oxygen uptake rate; when the HRr is equivalent of 0.8,0.9,1,the average TRIMP of intermittent exercise is significantly higher than that of the persistent exercise.Conclusion:Large load intensity intermittent exercise has significant effect on HRr BLa curve relationship as well as the calculation and evaluation of TRIMP.In the group training project,TRIMP will significantly underestimate the actual exercise load if the average of HRr –Bla of persistent exercise is adopted %K 间歇练习 %K TRIMP %K 心率储备百分比 %K 血乳酸 %U http://www.journals.net.cn/CN/10.14036/j.cnki.cn11-4513.2016.02.012
