%X 摘要 溶血卵磷脂胆碱酰基转移酶1（lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 1, LPCAT1）是一种磷脂酰基代谢酶，可促进磷脂的合成及重构。近年来研究发现LPCAT1在多种肿瘤组织中表达升高，并与肿瘤的恶性程度、分期、分级呈正相关。LPCAT1在肿瘤组织中过表达与前列腺癌、乳腺癌的早期复发呈正相关，在结直肠癌细胞、肝癌细胞中过表达可促进细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭，是恶性肿瘤早期诊断潜在的生物学标志物和肿瘤治疗的靶点。现对LPCAT1与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述
