%X 摘要 转录因子HOXB7在多种肿瘤组织中高表达，且与肿瘤分期、预后密切相关。研究表明，HOXB7不仅参与调控细胞增殖和凋亡，在肿瘤转移过程中也发挥重要作用。多个信号转导通路可以调控HOXB7的表达与活化，同时HOXB7也可影响通路中多个重因子，其在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重 要作用，可成为肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点
