%0 Journal Article %T 热疗降低胶质瘤侵袭性及与HSP70和iNOS表达的关系 %A 孙月明 %A 张田 %A 彭海兵 %A 王银环 %A 秦丽娟 %A 贾永森 %J 肿瘤防治研究 %D 2015 %R 10.3971/j.issn.1000-8578.2015.11.001 %X 摘要 目的 探讨热疗与热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein70, HSP70)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶(induced nitric oxide synthase, iNOS)表达的关系,阐明热疗降低胶质瘤侵袭性的作用及其可能机制。方法 热处理C6胶质瘤细胞后,酶联免疫吸附法和Western blot法动态检测胶质瘤细胞中HSP70抗体滴度和iNOS的表达水平;Griess法测定胶质瘤细胞中NO浓度;结晶紫染色法检测胶质瘤侵袭性的改变。结果 C6细胞经热疗后,HSP70抗体滴度增加,于30 min时最多(86.52 ng/L)。C6细胞内iNOS的表达水平也在热疗后明显增加,并于热疗60 min达高峰(IDV=228.31)后逐渐减少。热疗后胶质瘤细胞内NO浓度于热疗120 min时达高峰(OD=168.42),且NO浓度越高,胶质瘤侵袭性越低(n=8.21×106)。结论 胶质瘤细胞经热疗后HSP70表达水平增加,增加的HSP70可能通过某种机制提高了iNOS的表达水平,进而增加了胶质瘤细胞内的NO浓度而引起胶质瘤侵袭性的下降 %K An Update %K Effects for Histone Deacetylase Inhibitors on Proliferation and MKK7 Expression in Glioma Cells %K Research Status and Development of Adherens Junction Associated Protein-1 in Gliomas %K Effects of Vascular Endothelial Cells on Invasion of Glioma Cells via Notch Signal Pathway %K Retrospective Analysis of Treatment Situation in Gansu Province: 105 Cases of Glioma %K MicroRNA-184 Expression in Glioma Tissues and Its Prognosis Value %K Expression of Fatty Acid-binding Protein 5 and Cellular Retinoic Acid-binding Protein 2 in Gliomas %U http://www.zlfzyj.com/CN/abstract/abstract8624.shtml
