%X 摘要 YB1是一种多功能蛋白，广泛参与细胞进程。既往大量研究发现，肿瘤中YB1表达明显升高，其高表达与肿瘤的不良预后和复发密切相关。近几年，针对 YB1影响肿瘤增殖、凋亡、侵袭和化疗耐受等生物学功能的潜在机制研究层出不穷，同时，其对肿瘤干细胞及炎性反应等方面调控作用的研究也逐渐深入。本文就YB1在肿瘤发生发展中的作用研究进展进行综述
