%X 摘要 白光膀胱镜检查是诊断及监测膀胱癌的传统方法。然而随着科学技术的不断发展，荧光膀胱镜、窄带成像、共聚焦激光内镜、光学相干断层扫描等新型内镜成像技术的出现，能够提高膀胱癌诊断的灵敏度，且其目的是辅助白光膀胱镜检查提高膀胱癌的诊断及优化临床分期，从而改善预后
