%X 摘要 脊柱是骨转移瘤最常见的部位。脊柱转移瘤引起的剧烈疼痛、脊髓压迫以及神经功能损害，严重影响患者生活质量。既往对脊柱转移瘤治疗方式的选择主要建立在Tomita、Tokuhashi等预后评分基础上，包括放疗和手术治疗。随着研究的不断深入，临床医生能够更好的判断患者的生活质量和生存预后；加之一系列新治疗技术的出现，能够安全有效的缓解患者的临床症状，并缩短患者的术后恢复时间，使得脊柱转移瘤患者更易于接受治疗。特别是立体定向体部放射治疗、外科微创技术和靶向治疗的出现，将脊柱转移瘤的治疗带进一个新时期
