%T 脂质体紫杉醇在中晚期肺鳞癌维持治疗中的疗效观察

%X 摘要 目的 探讨以脂质体紫杉醇进行维持治疗对中晚期肺鳞癌患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 57例中晚期肺鳞癌患者完成4~6周期一线治疗后，被随机分为脂质体紫杉醇单药维持治疗组29例和随访观察组28例。观察治疗组患者的疗效及不良反应，比较两组无进展生存期（PFS）及总生存期（OS）。结果 脂质体紫杉醇单药维持治疗组的CR、PR、SD和PD分别为0、13.8%、44.8%和41.4%，疾病控制率（DCR）为58.6%，主要不良反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应。两组患者中位PFS分别为5.7和2.4月，中位生存期（MST）分别为7.3和4.9月（均P<0.05），脂质体紫杉醇治疗组的生活质量（QOL）优于观察组。结论 脂质体紫杉醇作为中晚期肺鳞癌一线治疗后的维持治疗，可显著改善治疗组患者PFS及OS，改善生活质量，不良反应可以耐受
