%T 多学科诊疗模式在湖北省肿瘤医院的实践

%X 摘要 MDT（multidisciplinary treatment, MDT）是新的肿瘤医学诊疗模式，既是医学多学科交叉发展的必由之路，也是肿瘤患者对优质诊疗的需求。湖北省肿瘤医院以肿瘤单病种进行专科化临床诊疗，在探索MDT诊疗模式的实践中积累了一定经验，并取得了一定成效。高水平MDT是保障肿瘤规范化和个体化诊疗的有效手段，MDT模式的合理组织和运作将会提高肿瘤诊疗水平，最终达成患、医、院三方“共赢”的局面，具有积极的社会和经济效益
