%X 摘要 随着胃镜和结肠镜使用的普及，胃肠胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm, GEP-NEN）的检出率逐年升高。近年来，从疾病术语、诊断到治疗方案都发生了较大的变化。目前，单一治疗手段已经无法给患者带来最大获益，多学科综合诊疗模式对于推动和规范GEP-NEN的诊疗具有重要意义。本文对相关文献进行复习并基于国内外最新共识（2017年）对这一类疾病进行综述，以增加对胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤的认识，为未来大样本的临床诊断、治疗和预后研究奠定基础
