%T 免疫组织化学标志物在髓母细胞瘤分子分型中的研究进展

%X 摘要 髓母细胞瘤是好发于小脑的恶性胚胎性侵袭性肿瘤，常见于儿童。2016年WHO根据基因组遗传学特征将髓母细胞瘤分为四种分子亚型。本文综述了常见的免疫组织化学标志物在分子分型中的应用情况，发现β-catenin和GAB1分别作为WNT型和SHH型的特征性标志物，具有很高的特异性和敏感度，YAP1和filamin A虽然缺乏特异性，但主要在WNT型和SHH型中表达，在Group3型和Group4型不表达或微弱表达，其他的免疫组织化学标志物特异性和敏感度都不高，没有一个免疫组织化学标志物能准确区分Group3型和Group4型。实际工作中综合上述免疫组织化学标志物组合判断可能会得到更好的结果
