%T 激光诱导间质热疗在前列腺癌中的应用

%X 摘要 前列腺癌是目前中老年男性常见恶性肿瘤。手术是治疗局限性前列腺癌最有效的方法。对于无法、不愿或不必手术的患者可以采用试验性局部治疗。激光诱导间质热疗是其中的新技术，主要利用激光短时间内产生高热杀死肿瘤细胞，产生组织凝固性坏死。近年来该技术在国外发展较快，已发表Ⅰ期临床试验和多份小样本量报道，均取得较满意短期疗效，但尚缺乏远期疗效及大型多中心前瞻性研究，研究方法也需尽快统一，激光诱导间质热疗需要更多的经验积累和研究结果以便推广应用
