%X 摘要 肺癌已经成为了世界上发病率和死亡率增长最快的恶性肿瘤之一。微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）在血液及痰液中的变化反映了肺癌发生发展的状况。因此血液及痰液中的miRNAs可以作为一种新的肿瘤标志物运用到肺癌的早期筛查和诊断中。本文就miRNAs与肺癌发生发展的关系，以及血液及痰液中miRNAs检测在肺癌早期筛查和诊断中的临床价值进行综述
