%X 摘要 结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤（extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, ENKTCL）是一种少见的高侵袭性的非霍奇金淋巴瘤，其发病具有明显的地域和种族差异性，亚洲人群相对高发。ENKTCL恶性程度高、临床进展快、预后差，对其正确的诊断及治疗显得尤为重要。为了更好了解该疾病的生物学特性，探索治疗新措施的潜在靶点，本文就近几年ENKTCL的临床病理特点及遗传学等方面的研究进展进行着重阐述
