%T 食管癌术后患者放化疗临床应用研究进展

%X 摘要 手术治疗为食管癌患者的主要治疗方式之一，但单纯手术治疗并未使食管癌患者取得令人满意的结果，其主要的失败模式及死亡原因为区域性复发和远处转移，研究表明术后辅助性治疗是提高患者局部控制率及生存率的关键，但什么样的患者真正能从术后辅助性放化疗中受益，在目前并无统一结论。本文简要总结了目前不同食管癌术后患者接受辅助性放化疗的研究结果，并分析了照射野的范围及术后辅助性放化疗后的失败模式
