%X 摘要 头颈部肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤之一，放射治疗不仅治疗效果理想，还可保留患者的容貌及功能，故在头颈部肿瘤的治疗中发挥了重要的作用。螺旋断层放射治疗（helical tomotherapy, HT）是近十年发展起来的一种新的调强适形放疗技术，目前已初步用于鼻咽癌、口咽癌等多种头颈部肿瘤的治疗。与常规加速器调强放疗相比，螺旋断层放疗在放疗靶区的剂量覆盖及危及器官的保护等方面具有一定优势
