%T 肠道菌群与子宫肌瘤的相关性分析

%X 摘要 目的 分析女性子宫肌瘤、正常女性肠道中菌群水平，探讨肠道菌群与子宫肌瘤发生的相关性。方法 选取2015年6月至2017年7月海南省妇幼保健院收治的70例女性子宫肌瘤为研究对象，同时选取70例正常体检女性作为对照组，收集两组受检者的粪便，提取其DNA并测定其肠道菌群的数量，比较两组受检者肠道各个菌群水平，并分析肠道菌群与子宫肌瘤发生的相关性。结果 子宫肌瘤组患者细菌总数、乳酸杆菌水平均明显高于对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；双歧杆菌、拟杆菌、梭杆菌和变形杆菌水平均明显低于对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。细菌总数、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌水平与子宫肌瘤发生呈正相关（P<0.05），拟杆菌、梭杆菌、变形杆菌水平与子宫肌瘤发生呈负相关（P<0.05）。结论 肠道菌群的数量和菌种与子宫肌瘤的发生存在相关性
