%X In addition to maximum tumor removal by surgery, treatment of brain glioblastoma requires mandatory continuation of oncological treatment. In the event of non-application of oncological treatment, the tumor recurs within a few months. Below is an overview of two patients who, despite the established pathohistological glioblastoma diagnosis, refused to continue with oncological treatment.
