%X Aims: Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) secondary to hypertension and aortic stenosis (AS) are often considered together to be pressure overload hypertrophy. We hypothesized that important differences could exist in the myocardial function with these 2 origins of pressure-overload LVH.
