%X 本文以水性丙烯酸树脂为基体,以石墨、炭黑为导电填料,采用高速分散的方法制备了石墨基电磁屏蔽环保涂料,分别探讨分散剂、导电填料、涂层厚度对该涂料导电性能的影响规律。结果表明:采用本方法制得的涂料附着性能优良,在30 MHz~18 GHz频率范围内屏蔽效能在30 dB以上,具有屏蔽电磁辐射的效果。
A graphite-based electromagnetic shielding environmental protection coating was prepared by using high-speed dispersion method with water-based acrylic resin as the matrix and graphite and carbon black as the conductive fillers. The influences of dispersants, conductive fillers and thickness of coating on electrical conductivity were discussed. The results show that the coating has excellent adhesion performance and the shielding effectiveness is more than 30 dB in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 18 GHz, which has the effect of shielding electromagnetic radiation.
