%X 近些年来，西安不管是在经济发展上，还是在人文建设上都取得了令人瞩目的成就。作为十三朝古都，西安具有非常丰厚的文化底蕴和经济发展基础。随着西安城市定位的变化，特别是在向国家化大都市建设迈进的过程中，我们还有许多问题需要去认真思考和长远规划。西安全运会体育场馆作为一个大型的建设项目，也应当顺应西安国家化大都市发展的趋势，不管是在宏观上，还是在细节上，都应当与西安的战略地位相匹配。<br />
In recent years, Xi’an has made remarkable achievements both in economic development and in the humanities construction under the background of the construction of Xi’an international metropolis. As the ancient capital of the thirteen dynasties, Xi’an had a very rich cultural heritage and economic development foundation. With the change of urban orientation of Xi’an, especially in the process of building a national metropolis, we still have many problems to think seriously and long-term planning. As a large-scale construction project, the stadium should conform to the trend of the development of the national metropolis of Xi’an, and should match the strategic position of Xi’an in both macro and detail.
