From the view of the empowerment theory, Singapore¡¯s teacher training policy has a clear orientation and systematic contents. Besides, Singapore has established a state-dominated and decentralized teacher training system, and it has also formed a teacher training alliance to promote the shaping of teacher training culture. What¡¯s more, it has constructed diversified and individualized curriculum resources, platforms and the systematic ¡°training-promotion¡± performance feedback system etc..
