%X 妇科临床最常见的恶性肿瘤是宫颈癌、卵巢癌及子宫内膜癌，严重威胁到女性的健康，也是被临床重点关注癌性疾病之一。手术容易导致尿潴留的发生，且长时间留置导尿，造成患者的生活质量大大降低。预防和减少由根治术所引发的尿潴留情况是临床护理的重点，本文对尿潴留发生的相关因素及临床干预在护理领域的应用研究进展进行综述。<br />
Cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer are the most commonly cancers in gynecological, which seriously threaten the health of women. Surgery leads to the development of urinary retention, and a long time indwelling catheterization, resulting to reduce patients’ quality of life. The focus of clinical nursing is to prevent and reduce urinary retention caused by radical surgery. This article reviews the related factors of urinary retention and the application of clinical intervention in nursing.
