Research Progress and Prospects of Cathode Materials for Aluminum Ion Batteries %A 谭斌 %A 冻瑞岚 %A 彭浩 %A 曾悦 %A 晁自胜 %J Material Sciences %P 173-178 %@ 2160-7621 %D 2020 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MS.2020.103022 %X 铝离子电池是一种以金属铝为负极,铝基离子液体为电解质的新型电化学储能器件,具有负极容量高,安全性好及成本低等优点。而目前铝离子电池的发展主要受限于其正极性能,如容量低,循环性差等,这限制了其进一步发展和未来的实际应用。因此寻找合适的铝离子电池正极材料,特别是性能相对突出的正极材料,是目前铝电池研究方向的重中之重。本文综述了近年来铝电池正极材料的研究进展和相关优化方法。最后,对未来铝离子电池正极材料的发展提出展望。
Rechargeable aluminum ion batteries (RIABs) are new type of electrochemical energy storage device with high-energy-density carrier, low cost and low flammability. However, the progress of rechargeable aluminum batteries is restricted by cathode materials owning to low capacity and insufficient cycling stability, which impedes the further application of rechargeable aluminum batteries. Therefore, reliable cathode materials are the key challenge of the development of RIABs. Herein, this article focuses on the research progress and related optimization methods of cathode materials for aluminum batteries in recent years. Finally, an outlook is presented to navigate the possible future work.
