	<span style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:1.5;\">背景：郑钦安创制的潜阳丹，由西砂、附子、龟板、甘草组成，治疗阳气不潜。阳气不潜，即是元气不纳、元阳外越、气不归源，只不过义同而形异。方法：笔者运用该方加减，治疗各种阳气亏虚，虚阳外浮或虚火上炎症，如口疮、喉痹、瘿瘤、胃痛及风疹等。对每一个医案的诊治经过进行完整地记录和分析，并对每一个医案的诊治思路进行分析，最后进行总的讨论和分析。结果：运用潜阳丹加减，治疗上述阳气不潜病证，均取得很好的疗效。结论：以潜阳丹为基础方进行加减，治疗阳气不潜病证，理论依据充分，疗效确切，值得在中医内科临床经辨证后推广使用。<br />
Background: Qianyang pill created by Zheng Qin’an is composed of Xisha, Fuzi, Guiban and Gancao, which can cure Yang Qi without diving. Yang Qi without diving, that is, Yuan Qi is not absorbed, Yuan Yang is outside the Yue, Qi is not back to the source, and righteousness is the same and form is different. Methods: The author used this prescription to treat various kinds of Yang deficiency, external floating of deficiency Yang or inflammation on deficiency fire, such as mouth sore, throat obstruction, gall, stomach pain and rubella. The diagnosis and treatment process of each medical case is completely recorded and analyzed, and the diagnosis and treatment ideas of each medical case are analyzed, and finally the general discussion and analysis are carried out. Results: The use of Qianyang pill plus and minus, the treatment of the above Yangqi disease, have achieved good results. Conclusion: Based on the prescription of Qianyang pill, the theoretical basis is sufficient. The curative effect is exact, and it is worth to be popularized after syndrome differentiation in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:1.5;\"></span>
