	<span style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:1.5;\">探索边缘型人格障碍的发展风险因素和形成机制对其干预和治疗具有重要意义。本文立足依恋理论，探讨不安全依恋对边缘型人格障碍形成的影响。这种影响，首先体现在对BPD外部风险因素的影响，早期的外部危险因素，最终汇聚到不安全依恋风格上，而这种不安全的依恋，尤其是焦虑型和恐怖型依恋风格，又会强化这些风险因素带来的影响。其次，不安全依恋还会对BPD个体的社会认知和情绪调节产生影响，通过依恋系统激活后的心智化缺陷和情绪失调，从而引发BPD的各种症状。最后本研究对依恋和边缘性人格障碍关系的后续研究进行了思考和展望。<br />
Exploring the risk factors and developmental mechanisms of borderline personality disorder is of great significance to its intervention and treatment. Based on the theory of attachment, this article discusses the effect of insecure attachment on the development of borderline personality disorder. This effect is first reflected in the impact of external risk factors on BPD, the early external risk factors ultimately may converge to insecure attachment, and this insecure attachment, especially preoccupied and fearful attachment, will strengthen the impact of these risk factors. Second, the insecure attachment also affects the social cognition and emotional regulation of BPD individuals, the various symptoms of BPD are triggered by the defect of mentalizing, and emotional dysregulation after the attachment system is activated. Finally, based on the limitations of the existing researches, we discuss the multiple research possibilities of future studies in this field.</span>
