壳聚糖衍生于甲壳素,是自然界中产量仅次于纤维素的天然高分子多糖。由于它具有生物相容性、生物可降解性、抗菌性、无细胞毒性以及非凡的蛋白亲和性等优异性能,在生物医药方面具有广阔的应用前景。此文对壳聚糖及其衍生物的生物特性以及在医药应用中的进展进行了综述。
Chitosan, derived from chitin, is a natural high molecular polysaccharide that is second only to cellulose in nature. Because of its excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, antibacterial activity, cytotoxicity and specific protein affinity, it has broad application prospects in biomedicine. In this paper, the biological characteristics of chitosan and its derivatives and their progress in medical applications are reviewed.
